Job Description
Consultor SAP SD implementando melhorias, configurações e integrações em processos de vendas. Elaborando especificações funcionais, testes e suporte de implantação.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement enhancements and improvements in the SAP SD module.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business teams and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, well-structured functional specifications.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Conduct feasibility and impact analyses covering processes, systems, data, and integrations.
- Perform configuration and customization of the SAP SD module.
- Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments, forms, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Monitor technical development, clarify questions, and validate solution alignment with requirements.
- Work with sales processes, contracts, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, pricing, and commercial conditions.
- Support SAP SD integrations with other modules, such as FI, CO, MM, and PS.
- Identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities to optimize processes and solutions.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts and execute unit, functional, and integration testing.
- Support key users during user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
- Participate in implementation preparation, including cutover, transport requests, and go-live validation activities.
- Support Go-Live and post-implementation activities, ensuring solution stabilization.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, solution designs, test evidence, and operating procedures.
- Actively participate in technical and functional discussions, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work independently and become a functional subject-matter reference for SAP SD-related processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as an SAP SD Analyst or Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.
- Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, and SAP SD configuration.
- Knowledge of SAP SD integrations with other SAP modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams.
- Knowledge of testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-Go-Live support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with business teams.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
