Job Description
Especialista SAP SD liderando soluções S/4HANA para a Arcotech, time tecnológico da Arco Educação. Atuando em Order-to-Cash, integrações, localização brasileira e transformação SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical and functional SAP SD authority in the S/4HANA environment and act as the final internal escalation point for complex requests and incidents
- Analyze incidents and recurring problems through to root cause
- Evaluate configuration, Fiori apps, and extensibility options before recommending development
- Specify solutions to support the ABAP team with extensions, integrations, APIs, reports, and custom objects
- Map existing customizations and propose simplification, replacement with standard functionality, or retirement
- Work across Order-to-Cash processes, including sales, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, outbound logistics, returns, credit, ATP, intercompany and cross-company processes, Brazilian localization, and integrations
- Participate in rollouts, enhancements, and SAP transformation initiatives
- Assess the impact of Support Packages, releases, and S/4HANA evolution, including regression strategy
- Translate business needs into sustainable SAP solutions and defend technical decisions with consulting firms and vendors
- Lead mentoring, technical sessions, workshops, and functional architecture documentation
- Establish best practices for SAP solution design, development, documentation, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Specialist, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA
- Strong command of end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including condition technique and pricing, copy control, billing, delivery and shipping, returns, credit, and availability checks
- Integration of SD with FI/CO and MM, as well as knowledge of integration with external systems
- Brazilian localization applied to SD, including tax determination and electronic invoicing
- Practical experience with SAP Fiori and Fiori Launchpad
- ABAP knowledge at the level of code reading, debugging, and impact analysis
- Knowledge of BAdIs, the Enhancement Framework, CDS Views, OData, and APIs
- Knowledge of Clean Core and Clean Code
- Experience in a significant SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation project
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred qualifications: experience with user lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD matrices, recertification, IGA, PAM, IdP/IAM, MDM, JumpCloud, and automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace APIs
