Job Description
SEA Consultant managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for finance and insurance lead-generation clients. Building ChatGPT Ads and improving AI-powered marketing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SEA for your own clients, from strategy through implementation in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Build the new ChatGPT Ads channel for clients and the company
- Critically review AI-generated analyses and drafts
- Improve workflows using AI agents
- Contribute to pitches and client workshops
- Opportunity to speak at conferences
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies for clients ranging from large corporations and SMEs to start-ups
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of strategic experience in SEA, particularly Google Ads
- Experience managing lead-generation accounts, ideally in the finance or insurance sector
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and consent management
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to defend recommendations during client calls and explain decisions clearly
- Use of AI in daily work, including critical evaluation of its results
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to help build ChatGPT Ads, even while practical experience and benchmarks are still limited
