Job Description
Senior Analyst responsible for analyzing data and shaping fundraising strategies at Cottage Health. Utilizing analytical skills to inform decision-making and drive philanthropic success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights to enhance philanthropy at Cottage Health.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts for fundraising strategies.
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for analytics to inform decision-making.
- Create predictive models to forecast donor behavior and optimize fundraising efforts.
- Work with various data sources ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage Advancement’s database systems and conduct operational systems analysis.
- Provide training and support to the end-user community.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education following the standard two years of experience is equivalent to one year of education.
- Preferred: Extensive experience with Blackbaud’s products, including The Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity.
- Experience with data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BI.
- Minimum: Five years of previous database experience.
- Experience working with business intelligence reporting tools.
