Job Description
Senior Advisor leading executive-level projects in Artificial Intelligence at Cleveland Clinic. Partnering with stakeholders for organizational outcomes in a remote role across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level projects with a high level of complexity and organizational impact
- Serve as a consultative resource and a partner in developing strategy for project execution
- Interact with external stakeholders on priority initiatives to deliver optimal results for the organization
- Act as a representative of the executive team in interactions with external stakeholders
- Provide executive-level leadership for additional organization-wide or strategically significant initiatives
- Oversee hiring activities and manage OKRs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Organize and facilitate team meetings
- Mentor data scientists on organizational engagement and mentor managers
- Manage intake processes for the AI team and coordinate external resources to drive execution of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field
- 15 years of directly relevant experience including 5 years of previous leadership experience
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
