Job Description
Sr Agent Architect designing enterprise AI integrations for Parloa’s conversational AI platform. Connecting CRMs, ERPs, APIs, and LLM-powered conversational experiences for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments integrating Parloa's platform with enterprise systems
- Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs
- Solve complex, multi-system data flows
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios
- Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance
- Identify and resolve blockers with Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers
- Scope AI Agent deployments and provide architecture advice and execution support
- Use LLM internals knowledge, including embeddings, to design prompts for reliable agent behavior
- Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, Lexicons, and Regex
- Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration
- Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources
- Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and API authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT
- Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic
- Analytical and critical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving expertise
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, including A/B testing to assess agent performance
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required
