Job Description
Especialista sênior desenvolvendo agentes inteligentes, skills reutilizáveis e integrações corporativas para a plataforma AIDA da Ultracon. Implementação de RAG, Function Calling e mitigação de alucinações em arquitetura agêntica.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve specialized agents for the AIDA platform
- Develop reusable skills integrated with corporate data sources
- Implement solutions using agentic AI architectures
- Develop integrations between LLMs and corporate systems
- Implement grounding and RAG using authorized sources
- Develop Function Calling mechanisms
- Implement structural validation of responses using JSON Schema
- Implement mechanisms to mitigate hallucinations
- Work alongside the Tech Lead on the evolution of the solution architecture
- Support functional testing and continuous evolution of the agents
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production
- Experience with agentic AI architectures
- Knowledge of RAG, grounding, Function Calling, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced Python
- Experience developing APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, JSON Schema, and hallucination mitigation
- Experience integrating with ITSM, CMDB, and knowledge bases
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel are desirable
- Knowledge of observability for AI applications is desirable
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL is desirable
- Innovative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Autonomy, strong teamwork skills, and a solid ability to resolve technical problems
