Job Description
Senior Analyst managing Petco's health & welfare benefits and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings. Collaborating with vendors and stakeholders for effective benefit management.
Responsibilities:
- Support Petco's health & welfare plans, including managing retirement programs
- Create audit practices and lead compliance projects
- Develop reporting and executive dashboards of KPIs
- Foster wellbeing programs that connect employees to the company
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of direct employee benefits department or human resources experience
- College degree required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data
- Experience with Alteryx & Workday is a plus
