Job Description
Senior Analyst optimizing sales operations through analytics, dashboards, and Salesforce processes. Human Interest is a fintech expanding retirement access for small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain datasets, models, and visualizations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
- Support and improve Salesforce processes and flows to streamline business operations
- Work with business partners to identify key metrics, improve them, and establish ongoing tracking methods
- Work with engineers and product managers to set data-tracking requirements
- Provide guidance, reports, and dashboards to track and improve metrics
- Present insights to help customers and the business based on deep operational understanding
- Conduct deep dives into processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Explore data to generate impactful business insights
- Join a dynamic, growing team and develop professional skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in analytics or data science
- Ability to present clear, accurate, and impactful data-based recommendations to stakeholders
- Expertise developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations
- Ability to connect data with business impact
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including Hex AI capabilities
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Salesforce process and flow development
- Proactive and professional communication in all settings
- Comfortable working with and combining data across many different data sources
- Passion for developing analytical and process improvement skills
- Flexibility to quickly pivot between tasks
- Experience with database design and administration is a plus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology is a plus
