Job Description
AI Product Engineer developing features for construction technology clients. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Sitting with product and client stakeholders to understand the real problem
- Owning features end to end from early scoping through to getting them live
- Using AI coding agents to enhance productivity
- Building and integrating LLMs into features
- Working against a defined data model and flagging early discrepancies
- Feeding learnings back to product and client teams
Requirements:
- Strong product instinct
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in TypeScript and Angular
- Experience with Java and Python (optional)
- Familiarity with Google Firebase
- Experience with real-time data handling
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort with AI and coding tools
- End-to-end ownership of features
- Clear communication skills
