Job Description
Senior AppDev Engineer leading the technical implementation of Azure digital solutions at Ascend Technologies. Responsible for mentoring, delivering features, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex application features and modernization components across the client platform
- Own technical implementation of services, APIs, and modernization refactoring initiatives
- Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to CI/CD maturity through pipeline improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6–8, and Web API development
- Experience delivering Azure-hosted applications
- Strong experience with EF Core and SQL Server fundamentals
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar
- Working knowledge of secure coding practices
