Job Description
Senior Automation Engineer designing and deploying AI-driven automation workflows for Ansira's Colombia-based AI Center of Excellence. Integrating enterprise systems, RPA, and low-code platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems
- Build, test, and deploy solutions combining AI agents (Claude, Claude Code, Glean) with automation/RPA and low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath, n8n, Zapier)
- Maintain and troubleshoot production workflows
- Take automation opportunities from specification through shipment
- Partner with automation architects and fellow developers to scope and validate solutions
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements
- Contribute to the shared CoE automation backlog
Requirements:
- 3–5 years designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems
- Programming experience in any coding language
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven or agent-based automation
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Working proficiency in English for team collaboration
- Hands-on RPA platform experience (UiPath or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with APIs, MCP, SQL, and SaaS platforms preferred
- Comfortable working within established AI governance/security guardrails on mission-critical systems
