Job Description
Senior Back-End Developer with .NET expertise for enterprise applications in financial services. Leading technical discussions and collaborating with clients and product teams for innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, integrate, and extend enterprise applications using modern C#, .NET, Azure, and microservices technologies.
- Work closely with clients, product teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with: C# .NET Core / .NET 6+ ASP.NET Core Entity Framework
- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SOAP and REST integrations, JSON, XML, and modern API design practices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar).
- Experience writing automated unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern source control workflows.
- Experience developing large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native services.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and secure API design.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, banking, or other enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration practices.
