Job Description
Backend Developer building .NET and Python applications for Quartile’s AI-powered retail media optimization platform. Integrating APIs, optimizing databases, and collaborating with an agile international team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality back-end applications using .NET and Python
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement efficient solutions
- Integrate systems and services using APIs and microservices
- Optimize application and database performance
- Perform code testing and debugging
- Document code and development processes
- Work effectively in an agile team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a back-end developer, preferably with at least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in .NET (C#) and knowledge in Phyton
- Experience in web application development using relevant frameworks such as ASP.NET Core and/or Flask
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and data modeling
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and database performance
- Familiarity with system integration through RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of the Azure platform, including expertise in API Management and Service Bus
- Excellent English communication skills (fluency in English is required for effective collaboration with English-speaking team members)
- Based in Brazil
- PJ contract
