Job Description
Líder Técnico BI liderando equipes e soluções Power BI para a transformação digital do Grupo SysMap. Desenvolvendo modelos, dashboards e indicadores para diversos segmentos de negócio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices in development, data modeling, and BI architecture
- Serve as the technical reference for building and evolving analytical solutions, ensuring the quality, performance, and standardization of deliverables
- Lead requirements-gathering meetings with business teams and stakeholders, translating needs into data solutions and business metrics
- Map processes, identify opportunities, and translate business demands into functional and technical specifications
- Manage requests, prioritize activities, and track the team’s schedules and deliverables
- Assign tasks and support analysts’ development through mentoring and technical guidance
- Monitor deliverable quality, ensuring alignment with business requirements and expectations
- Develop and enhance data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI
- Create metrics, KPIs, and visualizations focused on performance, usability, and business value generation
- Drive continuous improvement of BI and Analytics processes, tools, and practices
Requirements:
- Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Knowledge of Workspace administration, Gateway, Row-Level Security (RLS), scheduled refreshes, and governance of Power BI environments
- Experience developing ETL processes using Power Query (M language)
- Proficiency in DAX for creating metrics, KPIs, and analytical modeling
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and BI architecture
- Experience with Data Warehousing (DW), ETL/ELT, and dimensional modeling
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL queries, Views, and Stored Procedures
- Ability to build business-oriented dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
- A plus: experience with Databricks
- A plus: knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- A plus: experience working in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- A plus: familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
