Job Description
Senior Business Analyst supporting Merkle’s Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives. Translating enterprise customer data into strategy, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering
- Translate business goals into actionable analytics and measurement strategies
- Support Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations
- Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics
- Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are delivered effectively
- Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Support testing, validation, user adoption, and change management activities
- Help clients maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud investments
- Collaborate on initiatives involving Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Work directly with leading brands to understand customer behavior, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and/or Adobe Analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Coordination, or related experience
- Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe Analytics Certification (preferred)
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) (preferred)
- Experience with Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (preferred)
- Agency or consulting experience (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow effectiveness (preferred)
