Job Description

Senior Business Analyst leading client discovery and technical requirements for S-PRO’s AI and fintech software projects. Bridging business needs with buildable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire requirements process on client projects
  • Act as the bridge between the client, product, and engineering teams
  • Drive client communication and discussions
  • Lead discovery and refinement sessions with clients in English
  • Shape and challenge requirements
  • Help design solutions with the technical team, especially for AI and fintech projects
  • Map existing project structures and bring documentation to a consistent, testable state
  • Write concise, testable specifications and acceptance criteria for developers
  • Turn unknowns into open questions with named owners and resolve them efficiently
  • Support scope and ROM estimation with assumptions, dependencies, and confidence levels
  • Use AI in analysis work and participate in building AI-enabled solutions
  • Verify AI-generated outputs before they reach clients or developers
  • Apply department quality standards and decision gates
  • Reduce unnecessary documentation while maintaining testability

Requirements:

  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Strong fintech / banking expertise, including financial products and processes, integrations, and data flows
  • Experience on projects where AI is part of the product
  • Daily use of AI tools in analysis work, including a concrete example of catching a wrong AI output
  • Technical fluency to communicate with developers and architects
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in custom software development
  • At least 2 years as the only analyst on a project
  • Experience starting a product from scratch, creating requirements rather than collecting them
  • Experience joining a project already in flight with documentation not written by the candidate
  • English B2+; C1 preferred
  • Discipline in written specifications, including testable acceptance criteria
  • Confident daily use of Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to read designs in Figma
  • Nice to have: pre-sale experience, including scope shaping, assumptions, ROM estimates, and proposal input
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, logistics, or renewable energy
  • Nice to have: BPMN / UML / ERD used as means of agreement
  • Nice to have: experience mentoring analysts or reviewing others’ specifications
