Job Description
Analista de Negócios sênior traduzindo necessidades de Previdência e Seguros em soluções tecnológicas na Viaflow. Consultoria e tecnologia com foco em transformação de negócios, dados, IA e hiperautomação.
Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ business needs, particularly in Retirement and Insurance, and translate them into clear, comprehensive User Stories.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain high-level technical documentation, including traceability matrices, data models, prototypes/mockups, and solution journeys.
- Advocate for the scope with the development team.
- Model business processes.
- Manage requirements changes through effective communication.
- Estimate analysis hours, effort, and complexity.
- Support annual demand planning.
- Train junior analysts.
- Serve as a communication link between stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet the company’s requirements and objectives.
- Conduct advanced data analysis, identify trends, and propose business opportunities to drive growth for the Business Unit and its clients.
Requirements:
- Solid and consistent experience (minimum 6 years) in the role, demonstrated across diverse and complex technology project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Retirement and Insurance concepts.
- Proficiency in process design, requirements elicitation, and process modeling.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile or traditional).
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of programming logic and system integration (APIs/Web Services).
- Strong business systems perspective, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification and/or certifications in relevant areas (Technology, Retirement, and Insurance).
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Adaptability to change, emotional intelligence, a sense of urgency, prioritization skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Proactivity and a strong commitment to deadlines and quality.
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
