Job Description
Senior Business Analyst designing innovative banking and payment solutions for a software company. Advising clients on digitalization, platform ecosystems, and AI.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and create technical concepts for innovative IT solutions with a focus on banking and payments
- Advise and provide technical support to our clients during conceptual development
- Advise clients on platform ecosystems, digitalization, and potential AI applications
- Act as the interface between client-side Product Owners and internal developers
- Identify and evaluate new technologies
- Model processes and document them
- Work with Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- German: business fluent
- English: very good
- Completed university degree and/or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, though other backgrounds are possible)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, Product Owner roles, or comparable positions
- Several years of solid experience in agile working environments, including Scrum
- Strong skills in eliciting, managing, and presenting requirements
- Extensive experience working at the interface between clients and development teams
- Openness to using modern tools in daily work, including AI-assisted assistants
- Ability to provide innovative advice to our clients
- Excellent and highly developed communication skills
