Job Description
B2B Senior Business Consultant bei Zimmer Consulting, einer Beratung für Vertriebs- und Lead-Generierungsprozesse. Entwicklung von Marketing-, CRM- und Social-Selling-Strategien für Unternehmenskunden.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio and take responsibility for client success
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business structures and develop optimization strategies
- Develop innovative marketing and sales strategies
- Implement proven social selling practices together with clients
- Communicate proactively with clients and lead 1:1 coaching, onboarding, and live calls
- Collaborate with the team on current client cases, opportunities, and challenges
- Build and maintain long-term, successful C-level business relationships
- Take ownership of internal processes and continuously improve them independently
- Develop sales structures for B2B entrepreneurs at C-level
- Advise on areas including sales, marketing, CRM, HR, management, and business processes
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in strategy, marketing, sales, and CRM
- Ideally, experience as a self-employed consultant or agency professional, successful closer, or coach
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work
- Experience with social media, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
- Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas
- Ability to work independently and absolute reliability
- Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
