Job Description
Senior Consultant designing secure Microsoft 365 digital workplaces for German clients. Leading Intune deployments, cloud migrations, Zero Trust initiatives, and customer workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Digital Workplace strategies based on Microsoft 365
- Conduct current-state analyses, create roadmaps, and develop AI use cases with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Design and implement Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and compliance and configuration policies
- Build and optimize software distribution, update management, Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and security baselines
- Implement Zero Trust with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Plan and execute migrations to the Microsoft Cloud
- Lead workshops and create clear concepts and decision papers
- Provide technical sub-project leadership and contribute to pre-sales activities, including needs analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations
- Share knowledge with clients’ IT teams and internal colleagues
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a Digital Workplace environment
- Hands-on project experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, application deployment, and compliance
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Azure OpenAI
- Very strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Consulting experience gained at a consulting firm or IT service provider
- Experience designing, presenting, and delivering customer projects
- Pre-sales experience, including gathering requirements, outlining solutions, and presenting them
- Confident presence in workshops with audiences ranging from administrators to executive management
- Structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German (at least C1 level) and fluent English
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer meetings
