Job Description

Senior Consultant implementing scientific analytics and Business Intelligence systems for Revvity. Advising health-science customers and supporting R&D data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers
  • Successfully execute analytics projects for customers
  • Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and assist in business development activities
  • Improve processes, ensure compliance, and drive improvements as needed
  • Create, maintain, and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service
  • Link technology to customer business problems and achieve desired outcomes
  • Advise customers on developing Business Intelligence systems that provide competitive value
  • Design and implement systems that display and manage data and information to support scientific and business decisions across R&D
  • Define new project opportunities, ensuring project scope and effort estimates match customer requirements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of overall experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, biology, Life Science, or a technical field
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in projects involving enterprise analytics systems, ideally from inception through completion, or relevant scientific bench experience specifically in pharmacology, or similar experience working as a scientific applications support expert in this space, or a combination thereof
  • Customer-facing experience deploying COTS enterprise systems or SaaS solutions
  • Experience implementing Revvity Signals Notebook and Signals One modules in global accounts (preferred)
  • Experience deploying TIBCO Spotfire® or similar visual analytics enterprise software
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, clarifying requirements, and presenting to stakeholders
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites required (>20%)
  • Knowledge of laboratory workflows and scientific data management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical expertise with customer relationship management
  • Experience validating computer systems in a regulated environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good requirements analysis and documentation experience
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities; ability to deal with and resolve conflicts
  • Planning, prioritizing, and reporting
  • Attention to detail and concern for quality
