Gather customer requirements and quickly familiarize yourself with customer-specific needs
Take on subproject and project management responsibilities
Independently manage projects
Provide customers with expert support as part of a team
Identify and assess opportunities to optimize business processes and their IT implementation
Actively support acquisition activities
Develop functional specifications for the company’s own product development initiatives

Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related technical field, ideally with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent qualification
At least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate sector
In-depth SAP experience in mapping real estate business processes
Mandatory relevant experience with modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance
Independently delivered several relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector
Ability to independently capture and analyze customer-specific requirements and translate them into viable solutions
Confidently represent functional topics to customers, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive forward assignments
Precise, self-directed working style with a strong commitment to quality
Team- and service-oriented approach, combined with a confident and professional manner when interacting with customers
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German
Good command of English
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience as a consultant who quickly assumes functional responsibility and can contribute productively to customer projects without extensive onboarding
