Job Description

Senior Consultant leading brand health tracking programs, workshops, and strategic insights. Helping quantilope’s AI-driven consumer research platform turn research data into client growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as trusted advisor and lead partner for complex, multi-category, or multi-country tracking programs
  • Maintain continuous high-level engagement with key client stakeholders and executives
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand and define program needs, scope, objectives, and hypotheses
  • Translate core objectives into research inputs aligned with quantilope's methodology
  • Lead Inspiration Workshops to refine pre-study inputs
  • Lead Premium Activation Workshops to translate research findings into actionable strategic outcomes
  • Drive client buy-in and organizational change
  • Ensure adoption of new market-leading metrics, including EBI principles
  • Integrate tracking insights into company strategy
  • Ensure program deliverables produce excellent, action-generating insights aligned with client business objectives
  • Guide clients in activating insights to influence overall brand planning
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate on pre-sales efforts and proofs of concept
  • Deliver sophisticated, data-driven presentations to executive audiences
  • Beta test and serve as subject matter expert for the Product team
  • Collaborate on product, AI, or partner initiatives to scale the tracking business
  • Support Go-To-Market teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Brand Health Tracking experience
  • Fluent English and German (C1)
  • Expert understanding of quantitative market research methodologies
  • Expertise in continuous brand health and advertising effectiveness measurement
  • Demonstrable knowledge of modern marketing science principles, including the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute's "How Brands Grow" system
  • Ability to articulate the commercial value of marketing science principles
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executive stakeholders
  • Ability to lead workshops
  • Ability to confidently present and persuade executive-level audiences
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities
  • Ability to synthesize complex, multi-wave data into meaningful strategic insights and compelling narratives
