Job Description
Senior Data Analyst turning data into product, growth, and customer insights. Building AI-first analytics for Roofr’s roofing CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and product owners to shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and measure success
- Build an AI-first business intelligence platform for self-serve analysis
- Deliver actionable insights on user behavior, market trends, and business performance to marketing, revenue, and product teams
- Lead sales and marketing analytics by defining KPIs and optimizing acquisition funnels
- Communicate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT
- Own and scale the analytics foundation, including DBT models and Snowflake data warehouse structure, alongside a Senior Analytics Engineer
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data science, ideally in sales, marketing, and growth analytics at a SaaS company
- Expertise with AI/ML and automation tools for growth purposes, including Claude, Cortex, and other AI tools
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, Omni, or Looker
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines
- Ability to work cross-functionally to define metrics, create dashboards, and ensure data quality
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Critical-thinking skills
