Job Description
Senior Data Analyst optimizing borrower acquisition, loan funnels, and product growth. Building BigQuery models, Tableau dashboards, and experiments for Figure’s blockchain-powered lending platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data models transforming marketing spend and application event logs into structured, gold-standard datasets.
- Ensure product and acquisition data is clean, organized, and optimized for cross-functional use.
- Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel.
- Identify friction points, drop-off behaviors, and opportunities to improve conversion from lead to funded loan.
- Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design Tableau dashboards for real-time KPI tracking, including CAC, approval rates, and origination volume.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
- Translate complex user behaviors into repeatable, automated insights that drive measurable growth and product-market fit.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to optimize the borrower journey.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact, specifically within Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science.
- Deep proficiency in SQL, preferably BigQuery; expertise with complex joins and window functions.
- Proven ability to design and maintain structured datasets, including star schemas and dbt models.
- Expertise with Tableau dashboards, cohort performance, attribution models, and funnel velocity.
- Strong grasp of survival analysis, causal inference, and significance testing.
- Understanding of the lending lifecycle from acquisition through underwriting to funding, and product impacts on portfolio quality.
- Clear, confident ability to translate complex data trends into actionable stories for technical teams and executive leadership.
- Generalist mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures.
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
- Promptly report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; Figure will not sponsor work visas.
