Job Description
Senior Data Business Analyst leading complex analysis, architecture, and technology initiatives for Associated Bank. Mentoring analysts and improving processes across Wisconsin, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts at the program level for complex initiatives
- Manage and direct medium to large business analysis teams across multiple locations
- Develop complex business process models and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business value
- Assess current business area architecture and contribute to future-state architecture aligned with enterprise business strategy
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs, influence strategy, and define solutions
- Facilitate design and integration sessions with implementation teams
- Mentor and train business analysts in business analysis practices, techniques, and approved standards
- Apply subject matter expertise to guide business decisions and support successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, financial services, or a related functional industry
- Experience with project development life cycle methodology
- Preferred: 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or the financial industry, including support of finance applications
- Directly represent yourself and your own experiences during the recruiting and hiring process
- Successfully complete a thorough background check
- Comply with applicable enterprise policies, laws, regulations, and training requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act
- Report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required
