Job Description

Senior Data Engineer designing data pipelines and processing for a remote workforce in innovative digital experiences. Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build clean data wherehouse and data processing.
  • Participate in the entire development process, from designing small components to independently completing user stories.
  • Lead and contribute to requirement analysis, planning, design, development and testing.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and contribute to well-architected solutions.
  • Collaborate with peers and seniors within your team and across the organization.
  • Work with product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure applications and services are highly available and reliable.
  • Understand and address engineering-related concerns such as performance, network utilization, and resource impact.

Requirements:

  • Profile with experience in data pipelines with large volumes of data.
  • Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Python, Ruby on Rails, Scala or similar.
  • Experience with AWS, over ECS, EKS and AWS lambdas.
  • Knowledge on Medallion (Bronze / Silver / Gold) data architecture Airflow, Dagster or similar.
  • Nice to have: Machine Learning.
  • Experience with Terraform as IaC.
  • Experience with Airflow and DBT.
