Job Description
Senior Data Engineer developing AI and machine learning infrastructure for healthcare data. Collaborating with engineers and scientists to support data-driven healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting clinical, claims, and operational data
- Build and optimize data models in cloud-based data warehouses
- Implement and manage orchestration frameworks to ensure reliable data workflows
- Develop streaming and real-time data pipelines
- Ensure all data systems comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional data engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with a modern data warehouse platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Strong experience with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
