Job Description
Cientista de Dados Sênior desenvolvendo agentes de IA para priorizar ordens de compra e otimizar estoques. Grupo SysMap, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e transformação digital.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents in Python using LangGraph and LangChain
- Translate business needs into implementation strategies and define execution plans with the Product Owner and technical team
- Build analyses and recommendations to support the prioritization and management of purchase orders
- Integrate agents with the organization’s systems and consume data from the data lake in collaboration with Data Engineering
- Develop agent workflows with direct interaction between systems, including orchestration mechanisms when necessary
- Work with LLMs, prompts versioned in code, and execution logs, ensuring traceability, continuous improvement, and ease of debugging
- Prepare applications for execution in development and staging environments, integrating them into existing deployment workflows with support from the platform team
- Develop AI agents for the Procurement function of a partner in the agribusiness sector
- Develop solutions to analyze and prioritize approximately 1,000 purchase orders per day
- Generate recommendations for buyers, identify inventory optimization opportunities, suggest transfers between units, and support improved supply terms
- Participate in defining the technical strategy and developing the solution in partnership with the Product Owner and Data Engineering
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in Data Science or AI solution development, with hands-on experience building agents
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LangGraph and LangChain for developing agentic workflows
- Applied knowledge of language models and integrating agents with enterprise data and systems
- Familiarity with Linux environments, including through WSL on Windows workstations
- Autonomy to structure solutions in scenarios where technical steps are still being defined, along with strong communication and collaboration skills with Product and Data Engineering teams
- Knowledge of Langflow for low-code agent development
- Experience with Apache Airflow and DAGs for task orchestration and system integration
- Experience consuming OpenAI models through Azure Foundry
- Familiarity with Docker and applications integrated into automated deployment workflows
- Experience developing solutions for purchasing, procurement, inventory, or decision support in high-volume operations
