Job Description
DBRE sênior administrando bancos SQL Server e open source no Sicredi, instituição financeira cooperativa. Implementando automações, infraestrutura como código, monitoramento e alta disponibilidade para ambientes críticos.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, migrate, upgrade, and optimize database environments for performance
- Identify and propose automations to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Administer high-criticality environments
- Collaborate with development teams
- Monitor environments and create monitoring mechanisms to maintain stability
- Develop and implement infrastructure as code, including automation, deployment, and Continuous Delivery
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to create and execute action plans
- Support internal and external audits by explaining database processes and extracting required evidence
Requirements:
- Experience implementing and administering SQL Server and at least one additional database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud
- Experience with Linux is mandatory
- Experience with DevOps culture is desirable, including automation for provisioning, configuration, version control, and monitoring of database environments
- Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Shell Script, or Java
