Job Description
Senior Designer building AI-powered brand templates and governance systems for CLEAResult, which drives sustainable energy efficiency. Creating marketing, web, motion, and sales assets for utility growth.
Responsibilities:
- Enrich CLEAResult's design system in Claude Design
- Build AI-powered, self-serve on-brand templates for teams across the company
- Bring CLEAResult's brand to life across brand materials, sales materials, social content, web work, and motion graphics
- Create static and motion design work to grow CLEAResult's reputation and pipeline with target utilities
- Direct contract and freelance designers as needed
- Govern the brand through Frontify, including the brand modernization project
- Lead website and SharePoint design
- Triage and prioritize high-volume ad hoc creative requests
- Partner with the Senior Director and project manager to sequence and batch creative work
- Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to turn scripts into podcast, webinar, and short-form video assets
- Execute design requests across digital, print, event collateral, sales enablement, and internal decks
- Quantify and improve the creative request queue, intake process, delivery cadence, and reusable assets during the first 90 days
Requirements:
- 8+ years of brand or creative direction experience, with strong hands-on production ability
- Strong design-tool proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Motion graphics or video production experience
- Experience managing a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with a defined intake process
- Experience building reusable template or design systems that let non-designers self-serve
- Comfort using AI tooling, including Claude and Claude Design
- Experience directing contract or freelance creative talent; direct people-management experience a plus
- Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus
- Portfolio link required
- Motion reel or examples of motion graphics and video work
- One example of a template or design system that other people used without your involvement
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
