Job Description
Senior Developer designing and building software solutions for mission-driven organizations at Foundant. Leading prototypes and experiments to innovate and impact users effectively in varying sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build working prototypes
- Run fast experiments and make clear decisions
- Work across the full stack, frontend to backend
- Contribute ideas and shape what to build
- Share work early and adapt based on user feedback
Requirements:
- Senior-level engineering experience with broad technical range
- Comfortable working from a hypothesis rather than a detailed spec
- A bias toward speed
- Genuine curiosity about users and user behavior
- Ability to stay unattached to your work when evidence points elsewhere
- Fluent with AI-assisted development, with experience in tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
