Job Description
Tech Lead atuando na arquitetura, qualidade e evolução de software da Ponta. Liderando desenvolvedores e soluções tecnológicas para tornar a gestão pecuária mais eficiente.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical reference for the development team, supporting decisions on architecture, standards, and tools
- Actively participate in code reviews and the definition of best practices
- Help design and evolve solutions in collaboration with the Solutions Architect
- Ensure the software’s technical quality, including testing, performance, security, observability, and maintainability
- Support the team in breaking down requirements into technical specifications, estimates, and delivery plans
- Collaborate with the Product Manager/Owner and other departments (Design, Business, Data, and Infrastructure) to align priorities and technical feasibility
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring, automation, and technical debt reduction
- Mentor developers at different levels, supporting career development and knowledge sharing
- Participate in incident investigation and resolution, proposing preventive actions such as post-mortems and root cause analyses (RCAs)
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and results-oriented engineering culture
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a senior software developer, with hands-on involvement in day-to-day development
- Previous experience providing technical leadership for teams or projects as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Software Architect, or in an equivalent role
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, C#, Node.js, Go, or Python
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs and, preferably, GraphQL
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience using version control tools (Git)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Collaborative mindset, ownership mentality, and a focus on delivering value
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud architecture concepts
- Knowledge of DevOps and practices such as CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with distributed architectures, including microservices, messaging, and event-driven systems
- Participation in technical communities, open-source contributions, conference talks, articles, or similar activities
