Job Description
Remote Senior DevOps Engineer building infrastructure and CI/CD for real-time applications. Join a dedicated agency specializing in WebRTC and real-time communications.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale infrastructure for AI agents using LiveKit and other real-time frameworks
- Configure and manage cloud-based infrastructure for web and mobile applications
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing
- Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applications
- Establish and maintain observability systems including logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and alerting
- Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response planning
- Participate in daily standups with teammates and weekly demos with clients
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize build processes and deployment strategies
- Assist in maintaining security best practices across infrastructure and application deployments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of WebRTC infrastructure experience
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Experience deploying and operating LiveKit (self-hosted or Cloud)
- 3+ years of experience building and operating WebRTC infrastructure
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments
- Proficient with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong experience in containerization, orchestration, and automation
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
