Job Description
Senior Director leading capacity planning, staffing operations, credential management, and AI analytics for Omada Health’s virtual chronic-care platform. Driving care-team efficiency, forecasting, and margin improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all teams in Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics as the department scales into a world-class, human-led and AI-enabled function.
- Own the department’s end-to-end strategy, execution, operating vision, and 1–3 year roadmap.
- Design and run operating rhythms, forecasting cadences, scheduling, intraday management, business reviews, data marts, and dashboards.
- Create scalable rules for shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing allocation tied to cost of revenue and gross margin outcomes.
- Lead capacity planning and staffing models across multiple care teams and build Physical Therapy state-based planning capabilities.
- Oversee third-party licensing and credentialing system administration and embed credential status into capacity and staffing decisions.
- Lead care team analytics and the AI transformation agenda, including predictive demand and supply models, gross margin impact modeling, and AI/ML integration.
- Advise senior leaders and influence long-range planning, new care models, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement, AI-enabled automation, value stream mapping, risk reduction, and cost efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Approximately 15+ years of relevant and progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, care delivery operations, workforce management, or analytics with a bachelor’s degree (or roughly 12+ with a master’s, 10+ with a PhD), including significant leadership at the Director or equivalent level.
- Deep experience with capacity planning, workforce staffing operations, and care team analytics, including proven case studies of measurable improvements in cost of revenue, gross margin, and cost-to-serve through staffing efficiency and data-driven decision making.
- Experience leading AI-enabled or highly automated operations or analytics functions in healthcare, digital health, or similarly regulated domains.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including cost-of-revenue analysis, capacity modeling, credential-related risk assessment, and ROI tracking on operational and technology investments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across levels, align diverse perspectives, and lead significant organizational change in cross-functional environments.
