Job Description

Senior Director of Sales leading employer revenue growth for Propelus healthcare compliance platforms. Building outbound pipeline, sales operations, forecasting, and an eight-person enterprise sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Propelus' Employer Growth Team across EverCheck and Immuware
  • Oversee revenue growth, sales execution, and team performance
  • Strengthen operational rigor and drive consistent commercial execution
  • Support product and go-to-market strategy, including data solutions expansion and a premium nursing-focused EverCheck module
  • Balance strategic leadership with active coaching, team development, operational accountability, and customer engagement
  • Design an outcomes-focused process that builds self-originated pipeline with full pipeline ownership
  • Own the complete employer board plan and close gaps between assigned quotas and plan
  • Move the team from responding to demand to creating pipeline through self-originated opportunity floors, territory plans, mapped buying committees, and quality-focused coaching
  • Manage 8 direct reports, including territory representatives, an Immuware specialist, and an SMB-focused sales representative
  • Ensure every named account has a documented disposition and re-entry point where relevant
  • Own forecast accuracy, qualification standards, client-confirmed close dates, and deal methodology discipline
  • Specify stage-by-stage selling materials, coordinate delivery dates with Marketing, and escalate delays
  • Address performance issues with clear written paths, timelines, and decisions
  • Participate directly in deals, calls, CRM activity, and customer engagement
  • Build enablement, content, reporting, operating cadence, coverage plans, and commercial infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience
  • Demonstrated success leading consultative sales motions across complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
  • 3+ years leading quota-carrying teams in complex enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of healthcare buying personas, workforce operations, clinical workflows, and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Demonstrated record of building outbound, seller-originated pipelines
  • Proven enterprise selling into hospitals and health systems
  • Credible command of HRIS and EMR sequencing as a commercial variable
  • Experience building weekly operating cadences, including deal reviews, pipeline inspection, forecast calls, territory reviews, and one-on-ones
  • Direct experience specifying and landing stage-based sales content and enablement with Marketing
  • Track record of addressing underperformance directly, including exiting sellers where required
  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and performance management
  • Personal ownership of a forecast with a quarter-by-quarter accuracy history
  • Solutions background and ability to construct internal business cases for hospital leadership
  • Experience designing sales processes for methodical and competitive sellers
  • Comfort operating in a PE-backed environment with board-level visibility and short reporting cycles
  • Clinical, nursing, nurse informatics, occupational health, or healthcare operations background is a plus
  • Experience with channel, reseller, and co-sell motions is a plus
  • Experience launching a new module or adjacent offering is a plus
  • Experience in a business with meaningful revenue concentration in single large deals is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship unavailable
  • Strong writing skills for asynchronous communication
