Job Description

Senior Director leading Experian’s AI-powered service catalog platform. Shaping product strategy while engineering scalable APIs, workflows, integrations, and intelligent user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for the Agentic Service Catalog platform
  • Translate business needs and user feedback into product enhancements and new capabilities
  • Contribute directly to platform development
  • Review and write production-quality code across front-end applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, and AI-powered features
  • Partner with architects and engineers to create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
  • Prototype new ideas and turn successful concepts into production-ready capabilities
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve user experiences and outcomes
  • Design intelligent capabilities such as recommendations, workflow assistance, decision support, and contextual guidance
  • Define AI transparency, approvals, explanations, and human oversight
  • Ensure AI solutions are safe, responsible, and aligned with requirements
  • Define and track product metrics including adoption, user satisfaction, workflow completion, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Improve the platform based on data, customer feedback, and evolving organizational needs
  • Lead a team and report to the Vice President of Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience leading both product strategy and software engineering teams
  • Full-stack development background with experience building scalable platforms and APIs
  • Experience with AI-enabled products, automation, and modern cloud technologies
  • 8+ years of people leadership and management experience
  • 8+ years of experience building and delivering platform-based software products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on software engineering experience with modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow platforms
  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, or similar modern technology stacks
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs and connecting multiple systems
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), automation, or intelligent workflow technologies
  • Comfortable leading engineering teams while participating in architecture, design reviews, and hands-on development
