Job Description
Sr. Director leading global procurement for BeyondTrust, a cybersecurity SaaS company. Driving vendor strategy, cost savings, AI automation, governance, and team development across global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale BeyondTrust’s Global Procurement function
- Develop procurement strategy aligned with company goals and compliance risk management
- Build a unified global Procurement operating model
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals to drive cost savings and favorable terms
- Own the vendor lifecycle from onboarding and due diligence through performance evaluation and risk mitigation
- Build an AI-first procurement function using automation, AI tooling, and modern workflows
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for procurement savings, financial performance, and spend visibility
- Strengthen procurement policies, processes, governance, controls, and approval authority
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Own and optimize Coupa as the procurement system of record and integrate it with NetSuite
- Build relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and HR
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Procurement team
Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of progressive procurement experience
- 5+ years leading a team
- Track record of quantifiable cost savings and efficiency gains through procurement initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements
- Working knowledge of related contract and licensing terms
- Experience establishing SLAs, KPIs, and procurement reporting frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Business Spend Management platforms, preferably Coupa
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Experience operating in a small or lean procurement team while scaling it
- Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Proven ability to grow and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Collaborative, relationship-driven approach with Finance, Legal, and business partners
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally technology or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree required
