Job Description
Lead Product Management at Automox, a cloud-native IT operations platform, driving AI-powered innovation and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product team pursuing AI-powered momentum and evolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver roadmap quality, velocity, and integrity.
- Elevate the Product team with outcome-focused leadership and accountability.
- Own and refine product development lifecycle for high-velocity delivery.
- Develop tools, processes, and metrics for prioritization and release readiness.
- Build a high-performing product management organization through coaching and development.
- Foster accountability, customer empathy, and commercial thinking across teams.
- Modernize customer discovery and product validation practices.
- Influence executive stakeholders on operating principles and investment priorities.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.
- Demonstrated judgment in introducing operational improvements—knowing when to standardize, when to simplify, and when to leave existing practices intact.
- Proven success leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling.
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping.
- Demonstrated understanding of GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and usage-based monetization, customer onboarding, and lifecycle hooks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can rally teams and influence at all levels.
- High EQ and the ability to coach and empower a team while holding high standards.
