Job Description
Senior Dynamics 365 Developer modernizing federal healthcare CRM systems for VetsEZ. Building integrations, customizations, and deployments in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools
- Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployments of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and project success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform
- Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
- Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum environments
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required
