Job Description
Senior Embedded Engineer developing ARM Cortex and Linux embedded systems for QAVION’s consulting and recruiting group. Integrating sensors, RTOS software, and communication interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement embedded systems in C or C++ on ARM Cortex-based microcontrollers
- Develop and optimize Linux-based embedded systems
- Develop and implement embedded software on real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces
- Analyze and debug software and hardware issues
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience as an Embedded Engineer
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with programming languages such as C and C++
- In-depth expertise with ARM Cortex-based microcontrollers such as STM32 or FPGA SoCs such as Xilinx Zynq
- Proficiency in Linux-based embedded systems, including kernel modifications, device tree configuration, and bootloader development
- Professional experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, QNX, Zephyr, or ThreadX
- Several years of experience integrating sensors and actuators, as well as working with communication interfaces such as CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, or Ethernet
- Good experience with analysis and debugging tools such as JTAG, SonarQube, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers
