Job Description
Senior Enablement Strategy & Ops Manager at Vanta shaping operational excellence in revenue enablement with strategic insights and data-driven frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own the enablement team’s quarterly and annual planning processes, translating business priorities into enablement roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Build and run the operating rhythm for the enablement team — establishing recurring cadences for priority setting, progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making that drive execution and accountability
- Create the measurement and analytics strategy for enablement, defining KPIs that connect enablement activities to business outcomes (e.g., time-to-productivity, quota attainment, retention) and building dashboards that provide leadership visibility
- Act as a strategic partner and chief of staff to enablement leadership, managing cross-functional projects, driving alignment with GTM leaders, and ensuring the team operates with strategic clarity
- Own enablement systems and process optimization — from learning management systems and content repositories to certification workflows and reporting infrastructure
- Partner with Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data flows, reporting structures, and operational processes support enablement’s mission
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in enablement operations and drive rapid problem-solving to unlock team velocity
- Provide thought leadership on enablement operations best practices, bringing frameworks and methodologies from high-growth companies to elevate Vanta’s enablement function
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related strategic program management role in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven track record designing and executing quarterly planning processes, operating rhythms, and strategic roadmaps for GTM or enablement teams
- Deep expertise in measurement and analytics — you know how to define the right KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and translate data into actionable insights
- Experience acting as a chief of staff or strategic partner to senior leaders, managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment
- Strong systems thinking and process design skills, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, analytics tools)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can influence senior leaders, build trust across functions, and drive alignment without formal authority
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change; you thrive in environments where you need to build the plane while flying it
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Responsible for protecting Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results.
Benefits:
- Industry-competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans
- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents
- Health & wellness stipend
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend
