Job Description

Senior consultant advising Pindrop’s enterprise customers on voice authentication and fraud prevention. Leading integrations, executive workshops, and transformative security engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to optimization and value realization
  • Lead complex client engagements by assessing needs, defining solutions, and driving customer outcomes
  • Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Analyze client business processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Guide customer teams through integrations and change management, resolve technical issues, and ensure solution adoption
  • Author white papers, case studies, and reusable best-practice resources
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to consulting excellence
  • Help security-conscious organizations realize the value of voice-based authentication and fraud prevention

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech
  • Deep expertise in enterprise technology, financial services, SaaS, risk management, and transformative customer engagement
  • Ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business and technical problems
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies
  • Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration
  • Management consulting background or experience in high-growth technology environments
  • Technical certifications or advanced degree are listed as additional qualifications
  • Background producing thought-leadership content, whitepapers, or best practices
  • AI fluency and ability to communicate value clearly to executive and technical audiences
