Job Description
Senior Sitecore front-end developer building responsive digital experiences for MSQ DX, a full-service experience design and technology consultancy. Leading TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and lead team members through solution design and implementation
- Drive adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks
- Produce documentation and test plans, and maintain clean, efficient code
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients
- Develop interactive prototypes for innovative UI solutions
- Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible applications optimized for desktop and mobile
- Adhere to branding guidelines and UX standards
- Advise stakeholders, peers, and management while maintaining productive relationships
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Sitecore Certification
- 3+ years of professional Sitecore Development experience
- Deep proficiency with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Extensive experience with React, including complex state management and architecture
- Proficient with Git workflows and branch strategies
- Strong capabilities in browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and responsive design
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices
- Intermediate spoken English and fluent written English
- Code samples are required
- Nice-to-have: professional experience with Next.js, additional front-end frameworks, and content management systems
- Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, reliability, and deadline-management abilities
