Job Description
Frontend Engineer building scalable React.js interfaces for a Data & AI company. Collaborating on Node.js APIs, product design, performance, accessibility, and CI/CD delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and optimize responsive, intuitive, and high-performing web applications using React.js and its ecosystem
- Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices
- Implement reusable components and maintainable code structures
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly into the frontend
- Contribute to backend discussions and provide input on Node.js services when needed
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Advocate for design consistency and usability across the platform
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Take ownership of feature delivery, ensuring timelines and standards are met
- Engage, learn, and share best practices while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend engineering, preferably in startups
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and frameworks like Next.js
- Familiarity with backend development using Node.js and API integration patterns
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
