Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack com foco backend em Java, Spring Boot e AWS na Capco. Aprimoramento da Experiência Autenticada para clientes de serviços financeiros e energia.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Full-Stack Developer consultant with a focus on backend development
- Support and enhance the customer’s Authenticated Experience
- Develop and support Java code
- Work with Spring Boot and the AWS ecosystem
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders
- Identify ambiguities and clarify requirements or Jira stories
- Manage code changes through branching and version control
- Use AI-assisted development tools with a clear understanding of the implementation and resulting solution
- Work daily with a US-based team
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Java development
- Familiarity with Spring Boot
- Practical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem
- Proactive communication and strong stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify ambiguities early and challenge unclear requirements or Jira stories
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to meeting agreed-upon commitments
- Ability to manage code changes using disciplined branching and version control practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude, while maintaining a deep understanding of the generated code, implementation, and resulting solution
- Ability to explain, troubleshoot, and support Java code independently of AI-assisted tools
- Advanced English proficiency; daily collaboration with a US-based team
