Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full-Stack com foco em front-end, criando aplicações React e serviços Node.js para a consultoria global Capco. Colaboração em projetos financeiros e energéticos com equipes internacionais.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Back-End Engineers, Architects, and DevOps professionals
- Develop and maintain Node.js and Express.js services to support front-end applications and API integrations
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
- Serve as a technical consultant, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with distributed international teams in English-speaking environments
Requirements:
- Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and web accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies
- Knowledge of component-based architecture and front-end design patterns
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Micro Frontends architectures
- Experience with Webpack Module Federation or equivalent technologies
- Knowledge of scalable front-end integration patterns and independent deployment strategies
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating services
- Knowledge of API security and authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Experience with Jest and React Testing Library
- Knowledge of code quality and static analysis tools
- Hands-on experience with AI-based development tools and workflows
- Ability to safely evaluate and integrate AI-generated code while maintaining quality, security, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams
- Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and commitment to results
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Advanced to fluent spoken and written English required
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, client meetings, workshops, and daily collaboration with international teams
- Strong presentation and English-language documentation skills
