Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack Sênior criando aplicações Web seguras e escaláveis para a Be.Aliant. Atuando no ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de soluções digitais de GRC e compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, design, and develop efficient multi-user web applications for server- and browser-based execution, with cloud deployment capabilities.
- Perform activities across all phases of the application development and deployment lifecycle using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the product team and clients to define technical solutions that meet business requirements, implementing them efficiently and effectively.
- Create well-designed, testable, efficient, reliable, and secure code that aligns with business needs and the corporate reference architecture, applying code reuse principles.
- Develop and manage code, ensuring quality and maintainability, maintaining documentation, and designing and executing unit and integration tests.
- Support continuous improvement by proposing alternative solutions and technologies for reviewing the application architecture.
- Participate in strategic technical decisions related to solution development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering (other specialties), Mathematics, or Physics.
- Technology degrees in Systems Analysis and Development or Internet Systems.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in web application (Web App) development.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NextJS.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, or Eclipse.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of frameworks.
- Knowledge of OOP, Web Services, XML, SOA, and microservices.
- Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns.
- Proactive ownership, self-directed learning, willingness to take on challenges, and engagement.
- Ability to work in self-managing teams.
- Experience building partnerships across company departments.
- Experience with code quality and best practices, such as TDD and unit testing.
- At least 5 years of proven experience with Scrum, XP, and Agile methodologies.
- Specialization courses in web technologies are a plus.
- Graduate-level courses are a plus.
- Technical English is a plus.
