Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Engineer owning backend, frontend, AWS infrastructure, and production health for a profitable B2B sales-engagement SaaS platform. Building automation, AI workflows, and new products.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the codebase end to end as the primary engineer
  • Ship features, fix issues, and keep production healthy
  • Automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead
  • Root-cause and resolve production incidents involving memory and heap issues, third-party API edge cases, and queue backups
  • Run daily deploys and infrastructure changes across the AWS stack
  • Build and run AI agent workflows in Claude Code across the repository
  • Take specified work, fill gaps independently, and deliver reliable estimates
  • Scope and build new products from scratch during heavier build cycles
  • Report back plainly on problems, fixes, and progress
  • Consider customer impact and maintain billing code carefully

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior full-stack experience
  • Senior TypeScript and Node proficiency
  • Strong, current Angular experience, including modern Angular
  • Strong AWS operations experience with ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora MySQL and Postgres, SES, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild
  • Strong production debugging experience in systems with paying customers
  • Deep daily use of AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, with experience building agent workflows
  • Experience in small or lean-team environments with end-to-end ownership
  • Ability to demonstrate what you have built
  • Fluency in English for client-facing conversations and technical discussions
  • React, email deliverability, mailbox-provider APIs, PHP/Laravel, Stripe or billing, Linux/Ansible, sales-tech/martech, open-source work, agent/MCP tooling, or local developer-community experience are nice to have
