Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Engineer owning backend, frontend, AWS infrastructure, and production health for a profitable B2B sales-engagement SaaS platform. Building automation, AI workflows, and new products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the codebase end to end as the primary engineer
- Ship features, fix issues, and keep production healthy
- Automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead
- Root-cause and resolve production incidents involving memory and heap issues, third-party API edge cases, and queue backups
- Run daily deploys and infrastructure changes across the AWS stack
- Build and run AI agent workflows in Claude Code across the repository
- Take specified work, fill gaps independently, and deliver reliable estimates
- Scope and build new products from scratch during heavier build cycles
- Report back plainly on problems, fixes, and progress
- Consider customer impact and maintain billing code carefully
Requirements:
- 8+ years of senior full-stack experience
- Senior TypeScript and Node proficiency
- Strong, current Angular experience, including modern Angular
- Strong AWS operations experience with ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, Aurora MySQL and Postgres, SES, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild
- Strong production debugging experience in systems with paying customers
- Deep daily use of AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, with experience building agent workflows
- Experience in small or lean-team environments with end-to-end ownership
- Ability to demonstrate what you have built
- Fluency in English for client-facing conversations and technical discussions
- React, email deliverability, mailbox-provider APIs, PHP/Laravel, Stripe or billing, Linux/Ansible, sales-tech/martech, open-source work, agent/MCP tooling, or local developer-community experience are nice to have
